I am passionate about supporting children in ways that are engaging, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate. I often incorporate Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy to help children explore and express their experiences in a way that feels natural and safe. These creative, embodied approaches can be powerful tools for healing and growth, especially for children who have experienced trauma and/or grief.
I have had the privilege of providing trauma-informed, culturally grounded support in various Indigenous communities. My work is guided by respect, humility, and a commitment to cultural safety, connection, and collaboration.
Depending on individual needs, I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including DBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, somatic-based interventions, TF-CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. This allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s strengths, goals, and cultural context.
