I am passionate about supporting children in ways that are engaging, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate. I often incorporate Play Therapy and Sand Tray Therapy to help children explore and express their experiences in a way that feels natural and safe. These creative approaches can be powerful tools for healing and growth, particularly for children who have experienced trauma or other challenges. I’ve had the privilege of providing trauma-informed, culturally appropriate support in various Indigenous communities. My work is deeply guided by respect, humility, and a commitment to cultural safety and collaboration.

Depending on individual needs, I integrate a variety of approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, Somatic-based interventions, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).

I emphasize collaboration to help individuals develop effective skills for navigating uncomfortable emotions and life’s challenges. I support a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, and life transitions.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Prior to counselling, I worked as an elementary educator after earning my Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta.
